We took our standard cycling musette and made it more performance-oriented. Making the bag wider and adding depth allows you to carry more, but the single layer lightweight waxed canvas makes it easily packable. The sternum strap keeps it from sliding off your back and a simple snap closure makes sure everything stays inside. 

Pack it into a jersey pocket and when it warms up, use it to carry your extra layers home. Or, fill it with burritos for an evening stroll.
